We are seeking an experienced Nursing Recruitment Manager to join our established team.
This opportunity would ideally suit an ambitious and confident Recruitment Consultant, who can work autonomously in a busy and fast-paced business environment.
The Recruiting Consultant will be responsible for recruiting and placing nurses with healthcare organisations. This includes identifying and sourcing potential candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial phone screens, scheduling interviews, and coordinating background checks. The consultant will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with healthcare organizations and candidates.
Role & Duties
- Candidate attraction – sourcing talented professionals through the existing database, social media, and advertising.
- Candidate screening - interviewing candidates, CV presentation, and interview preparation.
- Developing and delivering end-to-end professional service solutions.
- End-to-end management of recruitment process.
